What if the battery dies overnight?
It will not. A full charge lasts 20 days. Charge it while you shower and you will not think about it again for nearly three weeks.
Will it wake the person next to me?
No. There is no sound. The vibration is against your wrist and nobody else in the bed or the room hears it.
What if I sleep through the vibration?
It does not stay at one level. It starts light and keeps building until you turn it off, and it is strapped to your wrist, so you cannot silence it lying down. If it still does not get you up, you have 100 nights to send it back and we pay the return shipping.
Do I need an app or my phone?
No. You set the alarm on the band itself. No app, no Bluetooth, no pairing. It never touches your phone.
How many alarms can I set?
Up to three, one after another. Most people use one.
Can I get it wet?
It is water resistant. Washing your hands or getting caught in rain is fine.
What comes in the box?
The band, a spare strap and a charger.
What size is it?
One size, unisex, in black.
What is the warranty?
One year. If the hardware fails in normal use we replace it. The warranty is separate from the 100-night trial.
